**A Snapshot of Your Day**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Professional to join our dynamic Assurance team. As a Senior Data Analytics Professional, you will play a key role in enhancing our processes in the Assurance department by leveraging data analytics to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide valuable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions, perform in-depth data analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's overall effectiveness and risk management practices.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- **
Data Analytics Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the Internal Audit department, aligning it with the organization's objectives and audit plans
- ** Data Extraction and Preparation**: Identify relevant data sources and perform data extraction, transformation, and preparation for analysis using data analytics tools and techniques
- ** Advanced Data Analysis**:Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets and support the Assurance Team to interpret and refine the results of the analytics provided
- ** Data-Driven Audit Tests**: Design and conduct complex data-driven audit tests to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify potential risks, and detect anomalies
- ** Data Visualization**:Present key insights to external auditors and management using advanced visualization tools and promote the data analytics capabilities to the Assurance team globally
- ** Audit Process Enhancement**:Collaborate with the internal audit team to identify areas where data analytics can enhance the effectiveness of audit procedures and continuously enhance and optimize data analytics methodologies, ensuring they remain relevant, efficient, and aligned with best practices
- ** Automation & Efficiency**: Identify opportunities to automate routine audit tasks using data analytics tools, thereby increasing efficiency and freeing up resources for more strategic initiatives
- ** Training and Development**:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in data analytics techniques and tools, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing within the team

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role collecting, transforming, and analyzing data while working in audits, assurance functions or advanced analytics functions
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematic or a related field
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R or comparable software.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction techniques, data modelling, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana
- Good awareness of machine learning concepts to identify potential use cases
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
