**Capability Leader (d/f/m)**:

We are looking for new **Capability Leader (d/f/m) **to support our team ToiPa as soon as possible.
**Your Role**:
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and sets clear objectives for manufacturing capabilities and performance together with the site’s OIM
- Supports the implementation of improvement programs with trainings on topics like TPM and Equipment Ownership, RCA etc.
- Reviews implementation progress/quality and addresses gaps with OIM
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement among manufacturing teams
- Coaches, mentors, and trains manufacturing teams to enhance their technical skills and operational efficiency
- Collaborates with site leadership teams to align manufacturing capabilities with broader organizational goals
**You Identify Yourself With**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field combined with proven experience in manufacturing leadership and process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of safety/quality/manufacturing processes, procedures and standards, and continuous improvement methodologies like TPM
- Project management & change management skills with an analytical mindset & the ability to interpret and use data for decision-making
- Coaching, people management, facilitating, business understanding, value creation, can do attitude, results focus
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Fluency in English and German, verbal & written
