**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team that is responsible for interior sales, product management and FAE sales support
- You will be part of the industrial leadership team consisting of Product Ecosystem, Sales and Marketing
- Grow your organization in headcount and scope
- Goal-oriented and systematic customer and market development
- Ensuring the technical and commercial support of our customers in close partnership with the service team, sales team and marketing
- Controlling and monitoring team performance
- Responsible for the customer and partner technical training concepts

**Job Requirements**:

- Successfully completed university degree, or comparable professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in customer facing roles
- Successfully worked in at least 2 of the fields of relevance (Product, FAE, Back office, Training)
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Eager to make decisions and take personal responsibility
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
