Summary

Für den Bereich Air Traffic Control (ATC) in der Abteilung ATC Bids & Products suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen und Project Scheduler (w/m/d) am Standort Ulm.

Der Geschäftsbereich Air Traffic Control entwickelt und fertigt moderne und komplexe Radar Systeme für die Flugsicherung sowohl für den zivilen, als auch für den militärischen Markt. Zusammen mit Partnern und Lieferanten bieten wir komplette Air Traffic Control Systeme an.

Der Bereich „Air Trafic Control (ATC)“ ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Angeboten sowie zur Durchführung von Kundenprojekten von der Projektierungsphase über die Entwicklung bis hin zur Serienabwicklung. Darüber hinaus werden im Rahmen der Produktverantwortung und der Produktstrategie bestehende Produkte weiterentwickelt.

Your Tasks
- Erstellung und Pflege von integrierten Ablaufplänen, unter Einbeziehung aller Einschätzungen zu den Arbeitspaketen
- Überwachung & Bewertung externer Terminpläne von Lieferanten und Partnern
- Ressourcenplanung
- Koordinierung und stetige Optimierung der Aktivitäten aller an der Planung beteiligten Ressourcen
- Erarbeitung und Verwaltung eines integrierten Master Schedule, ausführlicher Ablaufpläne und vernetzter Ablaufpläne
- Unterstützung der ATC-Projekte im Bereich Projektplanung und bei Nutzung der Toollandschaft wie EPM MUST und Microsoft Project
- Übernahme der Key-User Rolle für EPM MUST/Project
- Erstellung und Pflege von integrierten Ablaufplänen, unter Einbeziehung aller Einschätzungen zu den Arbeitspaketen
- Überwachung & Bewertung externer Terminpläne von Lieferanten und Partnern
- Unterstützung der Projekte bei der Planung und Kontrolle der Arbeitspakete
- Sicherstellung und Unterstützung aller Schnittstellentools und -methoden innerhalb des integrierten Ablaufplans (z.B. Earned Value, SAP, RiMISe)
- Unterstützung der Arbeitspaketmanager beim Aufbau eines ausführlichen Ablaufplans in Bezug auf das Arbeitspaket
- Plausibilitätsprüfung und eventuell notwendige Korrektur aller Planungsdaten
- Erkennen und Aufzeigen von möglichen Verkürzungen/ Verbesserungen des Projektplans

Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik o.ä. Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sachbearbeiter im Projektmanagement, Projektassistenz oder ähnliches
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der integrierten Projektplanung
- Erfahrung in der Rüstungsindustrie vorteilhaft
- Hohes technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- PMI-Zertifizierung ist vorteilhaft
