Als Recruiting-Partner von ORBIS SE suchen wir genau Dich als** IT Application Manager** (m/w/d) mit dem **Schwerpunkt Microsoft** für den Standort in Saarbrücken. Du wirst die interne IT-Abteilung unterstützen und Verantwortung für interne IT-Lösungen und Lizenzen übernehmen. Dabei bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner bei technischen und fachlichen Fragen und organisierst übergreifende Projektteams als Schnittstelle zwischen den operativen Fachbereichen und der IT. **Was Du tun wirst**
- Unterstützung der internen IT-Abteilung als (Principal) IT Application Manager
- Verantwortlichkeit für ein oder mehrere interne IT-Lösungen und Lizenzen am Hauptsitz in Saarbrücken
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner bei technischen sowie fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Organisation von übergreifenden Projektteams als Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Fachbereichen, technischen Beratern und IT
- Sicherstellung des Know-How Transfers
- Digitalisierung und Dokumentation von Prozessen und Datenflüssen
- Erstellung von Guidelines sowie Bedarfsanalysen
- Betreuung von Systemen von der Produktevaluierung über das Projektmanagement bis hin zur Überwachung der Compliance
- Überwachung des Systemstatus und Organisation von Updates
- Berücksichtigung von Security und Innovationen in der IT-Landschaft

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, insbesondere im Bereich IT-Architektur
- Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Tiefgehende IT-Projektleitungserfahrung auch mit agiler Projektmethodik
- Erfahrung in Prozessmodellierung mit BPMN und IT-Anforderungsmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, Teamfähigkeit, flexibles und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, hohes Maß an Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Ge: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung

**Nice to Have**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
