Service Planning Administrator

Service Planning Admin (SPA) is a part of the Service Planning Team and provides administrational support to the Service Operations departments (Service Planning, Site Teams, Implementation Services) to ensure the conditions needed for the service operations requests to be done. SPA is the main point of contact for all administrative questions within the Service Operations team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Creation and administration of purchase orders within the internal finance systems
- Performs service invoice checks
- Supports the finance department with invoice and purchase order related questions and tasks
- Administrates supplier service requests within the internal system
- Makes sure the supplier access permitions are issued as needed
- Performs annual documentation checks and reviews within the internal systems
- Executes other special projects / assignments as directed by the Teamlead Service Planning Administrator
