Summary

For the area "Quality Management" we are looking for a "Coordinator Risk & Improvement (f/m/d)" at the location Oberkochen as soon as possible.

Your Tasks- Improvement of the conceptual and methodological framework of HENSOLDT Optronics risk management (cross-site including South Africa)- Execution of risk management activities, reporting as well as analysis of qualitative and quantitative risks- Preparation and coordination of the risk report with the management and the subsidiaries per quarter- Participation in risk-oriented audit planning, further development of the management system and optimization of the methods in risk management- Evaluation, analysis and reporting of Cost of Non Quality (CNQ), Monthly Q Report and Q Report for Management Review- Definition and derivation of suitable measures to reduce the Cost of Non Quality in coordination with the responsible departments- Definition of suitable improvement projects, control of optimization activities and takeover of sub-projects and work packages- Management of the PMO for the implementation of the Quality Next Level Program (QNL)- Preparation and coordination of benchmarks with other companies and of quality forum events

Your Profile- Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with an economic component or similar- Experience in industrial environment and in the areas of risk management or project management advantageous-
- SAP knowledge- Quality awareness, ability to work in a team and to act independently- Good German and English skills
