Summary

For the area "Quality Management" we are looking for a "Coordinator Risk & Improvement (f/m/d)" at the location Oberkochen as soon as possible.

Your Tasks
- Improvement of the conceptual and methodological framework of Hensoldt Optronics risk management (cross-site incl. South Africa)
- Perform risk management activities, reporting, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative risks
- Preparation and coordination of the risk report with the management and the subsidiaries per quarter
- Participation in the risk-oriented audit planning, further development of the management system and optimization of the methods in risk management
- Evaluation, analysis and reporting of Cost of Non Quality (CNQ), Monthly Q Report and Q Report for Management Review
- Definition and derivation of suitable measures to reduce the cost of non-quality in coordination with the responsible departments
- Definition of suitable improvement projects, control of optimization activities and takeover of sub-projects and work packages
- Lead the PMO for the implementation of the Quality Next Level program (QNL)
- Preparation and coordination of benchmark with other companies and of events within the framework of a quality forum additionally

Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with an economic component, or similar
- Experience in industrial environment and in the areas of risk management, project management are an advantage
- SAP knowledge
- Quality awareness, the ability to work in a team and to act on your own responsibility are a matter of course for you
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
