**About the role**

NinjaOne is looking for hungry, growth focused people that want to break into Sales as an Associate Sales Development Representative. Have you been working in retail, upselling at a restaurant while giving great service, working cellular phone sales, or car sales, and want to get into a sales career with growth trajectory and that will give you knowledge of Software Sales and the ability to immediately impact your income? This is the role for you

This role has tremendous growth opportunity with a clear path to more senior SDR roles, Account Executive roles or with a path to Management through consistent over performance.

**Location-** Berlin, Germany

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Call, and engage new prospective clients with the goal of booking a Demo creating qualified leads
- Research accounts and contacts and update data in Salesforce
- Identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization
- Articulate to prospects how our solutions can help their company/department

**About You**
- No degree required
- ** You have full professional proficiency in Arabic**:

- Competitive in nature with a desire to win
- A polished communicator with active listening skills
- Coachable and trainable, you look at every opportunity as a learning moment with ability to be better each day
- Tech savvy with a desire to learn new technology
- Solid work ethic, positive attitude and motivated to learn
- You bring positivity and contagious energy to the team with your desire to be the best and lift others up around you
- Detail-oriented, with excellent follow up skills
- You have grit and hustle to overcome any obstacle between you and success
