**Über die Abteilung**

Als Mitarbeiter:in des Bereichs Internal Communications & Employee Engagement trägst du dazu bei deine Kolleg:innen mit relevanten Unternehmensinformationen zu versorgen, die Unternehmenskultur zu stärken und Change zu begleiten. **Die Position**

Die Werkstudent:innenstelle bei Novo Nordisk bietet dir wertvolle, praktische Arbeitserfahrung in einem der weltweit führenden Pharmaunternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten im Bereich der Interne Kommunikation
- Produktion von Videoinhalten, sowie weiteren Medien wie bspw. Podcasts
- Social Media Management (intern und extern)
- Pflege und Aufbau von SharePoint-Seiten
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

**Qualifikationen**
- Immatrikuliert in einem Hochschulstudium für noch mindestens 6 Monate
- Du fühlst dich in der deutschen und englischen Sprache zu Hause, schreibst mit Wortwitz und bist kommunikativ
- Du gehst die Dinge pragmatisch an, bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit
- Du bist offen, proaktiv und engagiert
