Werde Teil unserer weltweiten F45-Familie und unseres brandneuen Studios in München, das wir im August eröffnen F45 Training ist eine globale Fitness-Community (2000 Studios in 50+ Ländern), die sich auf innovative, hochintensive Gruppentrainings spezialisiert. Spaß machen und langfristige Trainingsresultate sind unser Ziel. F45 ist eine Art Personal Training in einer Gruppe. Unsere revolutionäres Workouts kombinieren Zirkeltraining und funktionelles Training.

Als Coach wirst du Teil unserer Community, wobei der Fokus auf dem Motivieren liegt. Außerdem sind dein Fachwissen über Modifikationen und Progressionen gefragt - alle Workouts werden (für alle F45 Studios weltweit) von professionellen Athleten vorbereitet, sodass diese nicht von unseren Coachen vorbereiten werden müssen.

Wir sind kein CrossFit Studio, sondern das Ziel unseres Konzepts ist es eine Umgebung und Training zu schaffen, das für alle machbar ist. Wir haben keine Spiegel oder Mikrofone im Studio, damit das Personal Training besser rüber kommt und sich Mitglieder Teil unserer welcoming Community fühlen

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Vorbereitung der täglichen Kurse (zuhause - durch unsere F45 TV app in der alle Workouts der Woche zu finden sind, also keine Vorbereitung der Kurse notwendig, diese werden von F45 HQ vorgegeben)
- Leite und coache unsere HIIT Kurse
- Demonstration von Übungen unter Verwendung von F45-Konzepten und - Terminologien
- Sicherstellen, dass unsere Mitglieder die Übungen richtig ausführen - bei Bedarf Modifikationen und Progressionen.
- Motivieren, inspirieren und anfeuern der Mitglieder
- Werde Teil unserer Community - wir haben regelmäßige Social Events bei denen ein Großteil der Mitglieder dabei ist
- Teilnahme an den erforderlichen Schulungen und Team Meetings - unsere F45 Academy (online) wird dich perfekt auf die Trainings als Coach vorbereiten
- Mithilfe bei der Wartung unseres Equipments und der allgemeinen Sauberkeit des Studios während und nach dem Kursen
- Erstellen und Veröffentlichen von kreativen Social-Media Posts für Marketingzwecke
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung eines Studiokalenders mit innovativen Ideen, die Mitglieder ansprechen und binden
- Empfang von potenzielle Mitglieder für einen Studiorundgang, Beratung und Anmeldung

**Deine Must Have’s**
- Personal-Fitness-Zertifizierung (B-Lizenz idealerweise)
- Super viel Energie Eine freundlich und positive Eingestellung
- Zuverlässiglichkeit
- Erste Hilfe Zertifizierung/Erste Hilfe Kurs
- Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch & Deutsch (optional, da unsere Studio-Sprache Englisch ist)
