Design concept and support implementation of modern tool-based knowledge management (incl. learning and development)

Our Corporate Underwriting Knowledge Management department organizes knowledge management and technical learning and development for Munich Re's reinsurance business worldwide.

Knowledge management for our business units includes tasks such as structuring and maintaining existing knowledge, operating and enhancing knowledge platforms for web-based access to knowledge, as well as designing, planning and conducting technical reinsurance trainings and development programs.

Another important task is the conceptual and technological advancement of the knowledge management and learning and development approach itself.

**Your tasks**
- Analyze existing knowledge management concept and identify potential for improvements (in terms of content, methodology and technology)
- Technologically advance the current knowledge management approach, by tapping into new knowledge sources and exploiting Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Systematically identify opportunities to better support Munich Re’s Underwriters by knowledge development and knowledge transfer
- Actively participate and co-lead in projects for the digitalization of processes of modern knowledge management
- Support the planning and preparation of technical trainings and development measures (on-site, virtual and hybrid)
- Actively collaborate and co-lead in projects for the digitalization of processes of in-house learning and development measures (training needs analysis, creation of skill profiles, conception of new training offerings)
- Support the ongoing operation of the department

**Your profile**:

- Relevant studies (communication sciences, organizational psychology, pedagogy, etc.) or first experience in learning and development
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and tools (esp. communication tools), understanding of AI solutions is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, O365
- Independent, diligent and structured way of working
- Strong focus on producing tangible results
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player and good communicator
- Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
