PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG has a vacancy for a Compensation and Benefits Expert (M/F/d) to be filled at the headquarters in Mannheim.
**Your Tasks**:
- Top Management Compensation-support in wide range of operational, tactical and strategic activities, related to contracting, salary review, short
- & long-term incentive programs, off-cycle activities among the employees in all countries of operation
- Executive Board Compensation
- Job evaluation and benchmarking
- Analyse and evaluate internal and external market data, trends and insights to provide proactive, data-driven Total Rewards partnership.
- Coordinate and drive analysis and implementation of reward processes and activities, e.g. offer management, functional expertise analysis, proactive compensation analysis, job evaluation & job architecture
- Take part in the assessment and implementation of technologies that support market data management, reward processes and data analytics-SAP implementation
- Be involved in reviewing and developing Group compensation and benefits policies, processes and tools
- Participate in securing that Total Rewards are clearly and consistently communicated to HR, managers and employees across the organization
- Support, Coordinate and drive Total Reward’s project activities, related to the annual processes as well as general improvements, trainings and development activities
**Your Profile**:
- University degree in HR, business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Comp/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits experience in a regional role
- Strong reward data focus and quantitative analytical skills
- Creative mind set, challenging status quo approach
- Ability to synthesize and present findings to relevant stakeholders (typically the HR community and business leaders)
- Highly collaborative and effective at partnering with colleagues (both inside and outside HR), as the role requires significant interaction with stakeholders in different functions and achieving results through others
- English fluency, spoken as well as in writing
