**Medical Sales Representative**

We are looking for sales professionals who are eager to help us reshape the future of nutritional medicine by combining personalized nutrition with digital medicine, to join our expanding team.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Completed university studies
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in sales or field service, ideally in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sector
- Empathy for healthcare needs and goals
- Basic understanding of the structure and framework conditions of the various players in the healthcare system
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and very strong network qualities
- Self-confident and professional appearance and high intrinsic motivation to present our products convincingly in dialogue with other experts in the medical practices
- Traveling
- Very good organizational skills, independent and structured way of working, and decision-making skills
- Empathy, flexibility, reliability, and enjoyment of collegial work in a team
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Good PC skills, especially in dealing with MS Office programs

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Acquisition of doctors and health insurance companies as customers for Perfood's medical products
- Actively addressing and advising potential prescribers in face-to-face meetings in doctor's offices, medical care centers, clinics, or at events
- Regular participation in Germany-wide specialist congresses, events of local doctor networks, and digital health conferences
- Management and implementation of strategy concepts
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs
- Constant analysis of the sales area with the aim of identifying and actively acquiring potential customers
- Development, implementation, implementation, and evaluation of sales measures
- Documentation of customer experiences and all activities in our CRM, as well as continuous exchange with the team to optimize sales activities
- Cooperation with our marketing, service, and content team
- Arrange meetings with medical professionals and present company products
