Pliant wächst rasant und ist mittlerweile in 9 internationalen Märkten über Deutschland hinaus aktiv. Unser wachsendes Team von 100+ Plianteers kommt aus 25 Nationen und arbeitet remote oder in einer hybriden Umgebung von unserem Hauptquartier im Herzen von Berlin aus. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Collections Specialist (M/F/d) für unser wachsendes Team
**DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE**_N _**AUFGABEN**
- Beratung unserer Kunden am Telefon, per Chat oder E-Mail zu jeglichen Rückfragen bzgl. ihrer Karten und ihres Pliant Kontos
- Kontaktaufnahme zu unseren Kunden per E-Mail und Telefon bei überfälligen Zahlungen
- Entwicklung von Rückzahlungsplänen bei gleichzeitiger Verhandlung und Motivierung der Kunden zur Begleichung ihrer Rückstände
- Kundenbefragung zur Klärung ihrer Zahlungsrückstände
- Überblick über alle Ausgleichszahlungen und Erstattungen und Aktualisierung der Kontostände
- Überwachung von Zahlungsvereinbarungen
- Entwicklung um Umsetzung der zukünftigen Einziehungsverfahren
- Erstellung von monatlichen Reportings
- Gemeinsam mit Deinen direkten Kolleginnen gestaltest Du einen wichtigen Teil unserer Customer Journey bei Pliant
- Dabei spielt nicht nur Dein Talent für erstklassigen Kundenservice (per Telefon, Chat, E-Mail oder Videocall) eine Rolle, sondern auch Deine Kreativität, um Prozesse im Hintergrund aktiv mitzugestalten
**DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN**
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Inkassospezialist oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Abrechnungsverfahren und Erhebungstechniken, Skip Tracing ist für Dich gang und gäbe
- Vertrautheit mit Deutschen und Europäischen Gesetzen und Verordnungen zum Forderungsmanagement und Inkasso
- Du solltest unsere Kunden auf Englisch und Deutsch beraten können, weitere Sprachen (Spanisch, Italienisch, Französisch, Portugiesisch, Niederländisch) sind nice-to-have, aber kein Muss
- Es bereitet Dir Spaß mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten, von einem Task zum anderen zu springen, denn bei uns wird es nie langweilig
- Flexibilität ist Deine Superkraft, auch wenn es man es mal anders läuft als geplant, behältst Du einen kühlen Kopf
- Du liebst ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, neue Möglichkeiten ausfindig zu machen und effiziente Wege zu erschließen
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungsthemen (z.B. im Studium oder Ausbildung), sie sollten Dich zumindest nicht abschrecken
- Du hast Lust, im besten FinTech, mit dem besten Operations-Team in Berlin zu arbeiten und den Start-up-way-of-life kennenzulernen
