Sachbearbeiter Für Industrial Engineering

In einem Team von Fachkollegen betreuen Sie unsere überwiegend mitteständische Kundschaft in Sachsen mit folgenden **Schwerpunkten**:

- Ablauf
- und Prozessanalysen sowie Datenermittlung durchführen (z.B. nach REFA),
- Daten gemäß kundenspezifischer Anforderungen aufbereiten und bereitstellen,
- Zeitvorgaben für die Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsprozessen erarbeiten,
- Arbeitsmethoden und Arbeitsplätze beschreiben, gestalten und optimieren,
- an Projekten der Arbeitszeit
- und Entgeltgestaltung mitwirken,
- Stellenbeschreibungen erarbeiten,
- Ergebnisse bereitstellen und dokumentieren.

**Ihr Profil als Sachbearbeiter für Industrial Engineering (m/w/d)**:

- eine Berufsausbildung und eine mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Fachrichtung, z.B. in der Metall
- und Elektroindustrie, der Holz
- / Kunststoff verarbeitenden Industrie, oder aus der chemischen Industrie,
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene REFA-Grundausbildung,
- Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel),
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit,
- ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein und die Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit.
