Deine Mission als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) ist es, mehr Kundinnen für die XbyX Inhalte und Produkte zu begeistern sowie unsere Markenbekanntheit und Kundenbindung weiter zu steigern. Du konzipierst und koordinierst Marketing Kampagnen mit unserem Performance Team für die XbyX Programme und Produkte für Ernährung, hormonelle Balance, Wechseljahre und gesundes Altern.

***DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Dein oberstes Ziel ist die effektive Akquise neuer Kundinnen für XbyX sowie die Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Kundenbindung
- Du leitest alle unsere Marketingaktivitäten und analysierst, planst und implementierst neue Marketing Kanäle für unser Unternehmen
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Markenbotschaft stark und konsistent über alle Kanäle und Marketingaktivitäten (wie Social Media, Performance Marketing, E-Mail-Kampagnen, Websites und Werbematerial) hinweg kommuniziert wird
- Du bereitest Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresbudgets für die Marketingabteilung vor und verwaltest dieses mit deinem Marketing Team
- Du baust ein Team ambitionierter, talentierter Performance Marketer (m/w/d) und Social Media Creatoren (m/w/d) auf und führst diese mit großer Passion
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends, Verbraucherverhalten und Kundenpersönlichkeiten und leitest relevante Implikationen für XbyX ab
- Du identifizierst die Richtung, in die sich das XbyX Sortiment weiterentwickeln kann und definierst Marketing
- und Vertriebsziele, die die bestehenden Kurse und Produkte erreichen sollten
- Du überwachst und analysierst relevante Marketing KPIs (z.B. CAC, Return on Ad Spend, etc.) und leitest Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Performance ab

**DU BRINGST MIT**:

- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) oder VP Marketing (m/w/d), vorzugsweise im E-Commerce
- Erfahrung mit den wichtigsten Online Marketing Kanälen: Facebook (meta) Ads, Google Ads (SEA, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) und Native Ads (Outbrain/Taboola) - in mindestens einem der drei Bereiche bist du absolute*r Expert*in und hast 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder mehr
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Einwandfreie deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (Grammatik, Rechtschreibung)
- Du bist strukturiert, sorgfältig und analytisch und bewahrst dir dabei den Blick für das große Ganze
- Spaß und Interesse an der Erstellung von Marketing Storylines, Skripten und Werbetexten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Office-Software bzw. Google Suite und exzellente Excel-Skills (und/oder Google Sheets)
