**Ihre Tätigkeiten als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) im Customer Service sind**:
- Telefonie mit Neu
- und Bestandskunden
- Rechnungslegung/ -buchung, Abrechnungsvorgänge
- Fragen und Probleme klären
- Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen
- Koordination der Kundenbetreuung, Ticketaufnahme und -bearbeitung sowie das Ausrollen von Updates
