**Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner storemore suchen wir DICH als**:
Head of Sales (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der einzelnen Storemanager, sowie die kaufmännische Umsatz
- und Ertragsverantwortung für alle Standorte
- Verantwortung und Sicherstellung der Sales Ziele
- Key-Account Management, eigenständige B2B Neukundenakquise

und Netzwerkaufbau
- KPI-Controlling und Reporting mit Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Verantwortung für alle Sales Aktivitäten, z.B. Promos, Messen, inHouse Veranstaltungen
- Organisation & Durchführung von nationalen Meetings, sowie regelmäßiger, fachlicher Austausch mit unseren Selfstorage Partnern auf europäischer Ebene

Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit KPI Controlling wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Implementierung

von Vertriebsstrategien
- gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Du bist kreativ, verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Skills und kannst dich gut selbst reflektieren
- Hands on ist kein Fremdwort für Dich
- Reisebereitschaft und eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab
