Unser Kunde ist ein internationaler Automobilzulieferer der mit seinen Produkten sowohl die klassische als auch zukünftig transformierte Automobilbranche erfolgreich begleitet und mit essentieller Ausstattung versorgt.

**Aufgaben**:
In der äußerst verantwortungsvollen und anspruchsvollen Rolle als Director Legal EMEA werden Sie sich als Generalist im Unternehmen positionieren.

Sie verantworten hierbei sämtliche rechtliche und strategische Angelegenheiten der europäischen Standorte.

In dieser generalistischen Funktion decken Sie vorrangig sämtliche Themen und Fragen aus den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts-, Vertrags
- und Datenschutzrecht ab. Ferner werden Sie sich einer Vielzahl unternehmensrelevanter Compliancethemen widmen.

Zum klassischen Tagesgeschäft gehört die laufende interne Bratung der Fachabteilungen - akut sowie proaktiv. Zusätzlich werden Sie Verträge entwerfen, prüfen, durchsetzen und verhandeln.

Gleichzeitig werden Sie maßgeblich außerhalb des klassischen Legalbereichs tätig und arbeiten zusammen mit anderen Business Units auf Augenhöhe. So entwickeln und etablieren Sie gemeinsam Standards für eine Vielzahl verschiedener abteilungsbezogener Prozesse und Abläufe.

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie sind Volljurist und verfügen über ein Minimum an fünf Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung.

Sie waren bisher als Syndikus und/oder Associate in einem internationalen Unternehmen und/oder einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei tätig.

Hier konnten Sie eine breite Expertise, vor allem in den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts
- und Datenschutzrecht, generieren.

Sie haben ein tiefes Verständnis und Empathie für unternehmensrelevante Abläufe und Prozesse. Sie agieren im Sinne des operativen Geschäfts und beraten äußerst praxis
- und prozessnah.

Dabei schätzen Sie gleichermaßen ein internationales, interkulturelles und interdisziplinäres Umfeld.
