Dann suchen wir dich als Creative Director (w/m/d) für einen großen Kunden aus dem Automotive Bereich.

Aufgaben
- Beratung und Führung unseres international agierenden Großkunden aus der Automobilbranche
- Entwicklung und Verbesserung unserer kreativen Prozesse - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
- Leitung des Kreativteams als Mentor: in und Impulsgeber: in, ohne dabei Qualität und Effizienz aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Steuern und Führen eines hochmotivierten Teams bestehend aus Designer: innen und Konzepter: innen

Qualifikation
- Umfassende Berufserfahrung in einer Kommunikationsagentur, davon mindestens 3 Jahre als Creative Director
- Leidenschaft für Copies und Headlines sowie ein sehr gutes Gespür für multimediales Design und interaktive Medien
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität und Kampagnen-Erfahrung
- Hervorragende konzeptionell-visuelle Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Design-Bereich
