**DAS BEWEGST DU MIT DEM TEAM**:

- GroupM steht für „Make advertising work better for people”. Dieses Versprechen machen wir durch Corporate Marketing Communication intern und extern erlebbar - und du kannst uns dabei unterstützen.
- In der Rolle als Director Corporate Marketing Communication steuerst du eigenverantwortlich alle internen und externen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen unserer Agenturgruppe incl. Planung & Umsetzung und sowie KPI-basierter Erfolgsmessung und Budgetsteuerung
- Du hast Führungsverantwortung für ein kleines Team und reportest direkt an den Marketingleiter von GroupM.
- Zudem steuerst du unsere PR-Agentur, die dich und dein Team bei der operativen PR unterstützt.
- Du bist Profi in interner und externe Kommunikation - von Pressemitteilungen bis Social Media, von Intranet bis All Staff Mails.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits ein Netzwerk von Journalist:innen etc. und verstehst, innovative Themen unserer Agentur erfolgreich bei den richtigen Multiplikator:innen zu platzieren.
- Außerdem bringst du Ideen für neue Kommunikationsformen, -wege und -tools mit in unsere Agenturgruppe und stellst sicher, dass wir als führende Media-Agenturgruppe auch führend in den passenden Kommunikationskanälen sind.
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit den verschiedenen Themenfeldern einer Media-Agentur, so dass du unsere vielfältigen Themen in jeweils zielgruppen-gerechter Art & Weise aufbereiten kannst.
- Du bist ein Talent im Koordinieren von verschiedenen Stakeholdern und kannst deine Anliegen auch auf Geschäftsführungs-Ebene erfolgreich durchsteuern
- Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt Du die gesamte Agenturgruppe in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikations
- und Marketingstrategien.
- In diese Rolle bist du auch Mitglied der Global Marketing Community bei GroupM und arbeitest eng zusammen mit internationalen Expert:innen

**DARÜBER FREUEN WIR UNS - DEIN KNOWHOW FÜR UNSERE ZUKUNFT**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen PR/ Marketing/ Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Unternehmenskommunikation, PR, Journalismus o.ä.
- Du gehst darin auf, ein Projektteam mit mehreren Stakeholdern zu steuern und anzuleiten, um gemeinsam das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Motivation, bist kommunikationsstark, enthusiastisch, empathisch und kreativ. Mit Sprache kannst du anderen Menschen begeistern.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit analytischen Fähigkeiten und strategischer Denkweise - Zeitmanagement und Selbstorganisation sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist engagiert, zuverlässig und legst ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und cleverem Pragmatismus an den Tag
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast umfassende Erfahrung mit Social Media-Steuerung, CRM, Intranet, den Microsoft365-Apps und weiteren Tools der modernen Kommunikationsumsetzung
