- Das wirst du machen:

- Du gestaltest die strategische Zielerreichung der Bereiche HR Services, Recruiting & Arbeitgebermarke (Employer Branding)
- Du verantwortest einen effizienten Personalplanungsprozess, sowie Personalentwicklungsstrategie & Talententwicklung
- Du entwickelst für Führungs
- und Fachkräfte der VISPIRON SYSTEMS gemeinschaftlich mit der Geschäftsführung Fort
- und Weiterbildungsprogramme und begleitest deren Umsetzung
- Du übernimmst die Führung, sowie Begleitung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung des HR-Services-/ Recruiting-Teams, als auch des Office-Managements-Teams
- Dein Wirken trägt zu einer nachhaltigen Stärkung einer durchgängigen Unternehmensmarke durch systematisches Zusammenspiel von Arbeitgeber
- & Produktmarke bei
- Du steuerst die stetige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalprozesse zur Verschlankung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung im Personalbereich

Das bringst du mit:

- Du hast ca. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR, davon idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Gestaltung des Bereichs People & Culture und verfügst über gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Du siehst die Menschen im Mittelpunkt deines Handels, wobei Du auch die betrieblichen Belange stets berücksichtigst
- Du hast den Blick fürs Detail, gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse (klassisch sowie agil) und eine exzellente Selbstorganisation sowie Priorisierungsfähigkeit
- Dein sympathisches Auftreten und dein eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie Deine "Hands-On"-Mentalität zeichnen Dich aus
- Du hast eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit fließenden Deutsch
- und guten Englischkenntnissen.
