We are looking for a Director, People Analytics to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

If you're passionate about People Analytics, sharing stories of data that helps improve the employee experience and business performance and want to work at an international workplace, there is a new challenge waiting for you in the heart of Berlin

**Your mission**:

- You will continue developing the overall vision and strategy for People Analytics locally and globally
- You take over the management of our People Analytics teams in Berlin and drive the globalization of the People Analytics function
- Define and drive the holistic strategy of People Analytics aligned with business objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders and the team leads
- Interact with Delivery Hero leaders across the organization both centrally and in our different brands to understand their analytics and data needs and build global solutions
- Be a leader for the People Analytics team members by enabling their growth while providing them with guidance and tools based on your experience to be successful in their roles
- Promote and share best practices, new products and drive a data-informed culture through public speaking and socialization of the importance of People Analytics

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience leading a People Analytics function
- You bring in strong experience in people management and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of People Analytics trends, metrics and how to organize teams and resources effectively
- Able to define priorities in a rapidly changing environment, build on the global roadmap and work closely with the business to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality analytics products
- Strong knowledge of systems like AWS, Tableau, Workday, Peakon and other people-related systems
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken

**Nice to have**:

- Good understanding of SQL, Python and Tableau development
- Experience working in Tech organizations and fast-paced environments
- Business and financial experience to understand how People Analytics can generate business value
