**Job Details**:
As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logístical needs. Through personal communication with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations.

As we deal with just-in-time temperature-controlled airfreight, you will get the opportunity to sharpen your skills in reacting flexibly to deviations in shipments - it is our purpose of creating healthier futures that makes us want to excel at what we do.

**Your profile**
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations
- Experience in logistics operations (airfreight experience preferred)
- Effective oral and written communication, both in English and German
- Ability to represent a positive and professional image
- Skills to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
- Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
