Your Role
We are seeking a Production Reliability Specialist to join our Asset Life Cycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing projects to optimize the reliability and maintenance of technical equipment in pharmaceutical and agrochemical plants.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- You will analyze data to gain insights into maintenance needs and condition monitoring, providing recommendations for optimization.
- You will support the development and implementation of standards for reliability design and optimization to ensure the best possible performance of production plants at optimal maintenance costs.
What You Need to Succeed
- You have a strong background in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering, with initial experience in mechanical/chemical/thermal process engineering.
- You possess knowledge of programming languages, analytical, and conceptual skills, as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment.
- You enjoy working in a team environment and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
