**Ihre Rolle im Team**
- In dem dynamischen Team unseres Kunden werden Sie sich auf das Stakeholder-Management, die Teamleitung und die praktische Projektkoordination sowie auf spezielle Ad-hoc-Analysen konzentrieren.
- Sie sind der Kopf des Teams und der/ Fachexpert*in, der/die bereit ist, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und die Ursachen komplexer Probleme zu erforschen.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Verwaltung von Interessengruppen und regelmäßige Präsentation vor dem Führungsteam mit aktuellen Informationen über die Arbeit des Accounting-Teams und die Fortschritte laufender Projekten
- Komplexe Analysen auf Ad-hoc-Basis, Unterstützung des Teams, wenn eine Untersuchung erforderlich ist, um die Ursache eines komplexen Problems oder einer Diskrepanz in den Zahlen zu ermitteln
- Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei System-Upgrades oder Prozessimplementierungen
- Führung des Teams, Gewährleistung einer starken Struktur und einer klaren Zuweisung von Zuständigkeiten bei gleichzeitiger Bereitstellung von Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Ihre Teammitglieder.

**Ihr Profil**
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen mit solider Erfahrung in IFRS oder HGB
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit anderen Banksystemen (außerhalb von DATEV)
- Erfahrung mit Monats-/Jahresabschlüssen, damit Sie das Team bei unerwarteten Problemen unterstützen können
- Führungs-/Managementerfahrung
- Wachstums
- und Innovationsorientierung
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

**Salary**: 80.000,00€ - 110.000,00€ per year
