**Jobübersicht**:
Die Betriebsleiter von TE Connectivity sind für das operative Tagesgeschäft und die kurz-/langfristige Planung für die von ihnen geführten Gruppen verantwortlich. Sie leiten die Fertigung, Produktionssteuerung, Konstruktion, Bestandskontrolle, EH&S, Versand/Wareneingang, etc. mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung von Technologien und fortlaufende Verbesserung sowie die Übertragung von Kundenanforderungen in modernste Fertigungsstrategien und -prozesse.
Der Stelleninhaber ist für alle mit der Stanztechnik verbundenen Center of Excellence-Themen innerhalb von TE Automotive und Global TE verantwortlich. Der Haupttätigkeitsbereich ist die Koordinierung und der Einsatz der CoE-Entwicklungsprojekte für Stanzprozesse, um zukünftige bahnbrechende Initiativen zu entwickeln.
Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die Einrichtung von Stamping-Prozessplattformen und die Leitung von Stamping-Verbesserungsprojekten, nicht nur innerhalb der BU AUT, sondern auch über alle BUs hinweg, und wird mit Kollegen in ähnlichen Funktionen in allen Regionen zusammenarbeiten, um globale Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft zu haben. Die Person muss in der Lage sein, unterschiedliche Anforderungen der Geschäftsbereiche zusammenzuführen und mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen auf allen Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten, um innovative Lösungen mit breiter Anwendung zu liefern.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Bereitstellung von Stamping-Prozessen mit Techniken und Methoden der nächsten Generation, um einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu schaffen und die vom Unternehmen in der Automobilindustrie und anderen Geschäftsbereichen benötigten langfristigen (5+ Jahre) Leistungsschritte zu erreichen
- Sicherstellung der Abstimmung der Aktivitäten des Stamping CoE mit den Geschäftsbereichen
- Vorantreiben von Initiativen zur Steigerung der Anlagenproduktivität, zu Materialeinsparungen und zur Kosten
- und Investitionssenkung
- Verständnis und Austausch von Stamping-FTDs und deren werks
- und weltweitem Einsparungspotenzial zur Förderung und Sicherstellung eines einfachen Einsatzes
- Erhebliche Beteiligung an "Wachstums"-Fertigungsprozessen, um den erfolgreichen Übergang neuer Produkte zu unseren Stanzanlagen zu ermöglichen, was auch Änderungen und Kapazitätserweiterungen für bestehende Produkte beinhalten kann
- Entwicklung und Einführung globaler Standards für Werkzeuge, Ausrüstung und Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung höchster Sicherheitsanforderungen und Nachhaltigkeit.
- Identifizierung, Priorisierung, Unterstützung und Förderung von Projekten des Stamping Center of Excellence mit dem Ziel, sie entsprechend dem Bedarf und den Auswirkungen für die globale Geschäftseinheit Automotive "einsatzbereit" zu machen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs und funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um den Fertigungsfluss neuer Produkte, aber auch nachgelagerte Fertigungsprozesse zu gewährleisten, um DFM- und DFA-Ziele zu erreichen.
- Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten durch den Einsatz digitaler Tools, Daten und KI zur Steigerung der Produktivität
- Entwicklung von Prozessplattformen, Roadmaps und Standards für Stamping-Prozesse unter Verwendung der neuesten Technologien, um die kostengünstigsten und effizientesten Fertigungsabläufe zu ermöglichen, einschließlich Lean-Prinzipien, Sicherheits
- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen
- Verwalter der Stamping Process Innovation Roadmap und Sicherstellung der Abstimmung mit den Anforderungen der globalen Geschäftseinheit
- Durchführung und Unterstützung der strategischen Planung zur Unterstützung des Produktionswachstums auf die effizienteste und kostengünstigste Art und Weise und Beeinflussung der Geschäftsleitung durch den vorgeschlagenen Produktionsansatz
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Ausrüstungslieferanten, um Innovationsmöglichkeiten in der Stanztechnik zu identifizieren, Projekte zu genehmigen und mehrere Projekte für eine zielgerichtete Umsetzung zu unterstützen
- Nutzung interner und externer Benchmarks und Kooperationen (z. B. Institute, Universitäten, Lieferanten)
- Sicherstellen, dass die CoE-Scorecards für die Verpflichtungen der Geschäftsbereiche / Werke ausgefüllt werden
- Organisieren und Unterstützen von CoE Stamping Workshops
- Organisation und Leitung der TE Global Stamping CoE Community und Mitarbeit im ME Leadership-Team
**Ihr Profil**:
- Bachelor-Abschluss (Maschinenbau)
- Mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung in verschiedenen Engineering
- oder Prozessentwicklungs-Aufgaben. Automobilbranche bevorzugt.
- 5+Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
- Ausgeprägter Hintergrund in stanztechnischen Konzepten und Maschinen / Werkzeugen / Produktion
- Innovativ und hochgradig kreativ
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse
