Your Tasks
- You are responsible for identifying optimization potentials on an overall level between the stack and electrolyzer system.
- You must assure that stack requirements and system seamlessly serve optimum LCOH.
- You need to challenge and modify specifications for stacks and systems to realize minimized LCOH.
- You are responsible for challenging technical solutions and designs.
- You must ensure consistent and comprehensive technical specifications throughout the entire product as an enabler for further industrialization.
- You are actively communicating knowledge and insights on a broad basis as a multiplier within the company.
- You foster decision-making processes across disciplines with the aim of holistic optimization of the stack and electrolyzer system.
- You identify optimization potentials for future stack and system generations and assure their implementation.
- You collaborate with module managers and other teams to create an optimized design.
- You collaborate with partners from industry and science.

Your Profile- You have a technical degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable degree
- You have several years of experience in the development of electrolysis stacks or fuel cell stacks
- You are an initiator with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility and in-depth knowledge of project management
- You have a strong talent for organization, coordination and communication and the ability to work in a team is important to you
- You have strong assertiveness and negotiation skills
- You speak fluent English, German is an advantage, but not a must
