Für unsere Abteilung _Digitalisierung und Payment_ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektreferenten (m/w/d) Customer _Service Excellence_. Die Stelle ist befristet bis zum 31. Dezember 2025 in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

**Du übernimmst**:
- die Leitungsaufgaben im Projekt _Fideo - Mein Smartbanking_, dabei insbesondere die inhaltliche Steuerung eines Teilprojekts
- die Verantwortung der PMO-Tätigkeiten zur Koordinierung des Gesamtprojekts _Fideo - Mein Smartbanking_
- die Verantwortung zur Optimierung des digitalen Kundenservices, insbesondere in Bereichen der Chatbots, digitalen Assistenten und der technischen Schnittstelle zu den Kunden-Support-Centern
- die Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Teilprojektziele in Bezug auf Ergebnisse, Qualität, Termine und Kosten
- die Abstimmung der Projektaktivitäten und -ergebnisse mit dem Projektteam und Projektbeteiligten.
- die Dokumentation, Quantifizierung und Kommunikation der Projektergebnisse, insbesondere zu den Projekt
- Meilensteinen, z. B. Lenkungsausschuss-Sitzungen
- die Erarbeitung und Abstimmung von IT-Anforderungsdokumenten
- die Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Sitzungen
**Sie bringen mit**:
- einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare bankfachliche Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe oder in einer Unternehmensberatung oder Erfahrungen in dem Bereich Customer Services, idealerweise im Multikanalbereich, Chatbots, digitale Assistenten sowie Erfahrungen als Projekt Management Officer
- Erfahrungen bei der Erstellung von fallabschließenden Konzeptionen zu Kundenservices in der App und Web-Frontend
- gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse über OKR geführte Projekte
- Kenntnisse aktueller Technologien und Trends im Kontext von Kundenservices
- eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
