**Sales Director Volkswagen (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering / Master's degree is preferred
- More than 20 years of work experience in Automotive in Sales, Engineering or Program Management
- Job-specific experience of 10 - 15 years as Key Account Manager, including management of a Sales Team
- Connections at staff and director level at Volkswagen, and ability to build relationships,
- Strong experience in negotiation, as well as in selling technology / complex products to customers
- Distinct communicative skills / Analytical thinking / Ability to make decisions / Team-orientated attitude
- Cross-functional team management experience; Proven track record within an Asian company would be a plus
- Being comfortable in dealing with customers at all levels throughout their organizational structure
- Language: English and German, other languages is a plus

**Your tasks**:

- Lead Mobis’s Sales Team for VW, covering the full scope of products; Manage VW team employees
- Create the order intake strategy for VW Europe and align business plan targets together with VP & KAE VW global, Sales Head Europe and HQ to define global strategy and business plan
- Build business relationships with customers and to evaluate new business opportunities, get information on market price and to create a winning strategy
- Manage and follow up on active RFQs with each Sales account manager and the sales team in HQ
- Align the winning strategy together with the KAE & sales team and negotiate new business contracts
- Manage "and support all commercial matters such as yearly pricing negotiations, claims, and past due recovery
- Work closely with a product management team to ensure customer feedback is captured to support definition of cost effective solutions and align MOBIS product strategy with customer’s future needs
- Support the account manager to negotiate all commercials with VW with during project phase and support program managment in project exectuion
- Create customer CBD together with account manager, finance and HQ sales and support gathering local data from Europe
- Perform other duties as assigned.
