**About the team and the role**

As the People Agenda and Talent Development Specialist (M/F/x) for the Berlin Technology Centre (BTC) you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people agenda including recruitment processes, talent development and retention activities. You will be working closely with the BTC management team, HR and our communications experts to define and drive activities to further develop our employees and provide growth opportunities and pathways for our young talents, new managers and experienced engineers.
You will be a key driver to create a supportive and inclusive environment through dedicated D&I efforts
You will leverage existing global programmes, build on already established processes and have the opportunity to create bespoke activities for our local population.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop the BTC people agenda in line with our global people strategy to attract, develop and retain employees; including D&I activities
- Jointly with HR develop processes and tools to optimise our recruitment efforts
- Develop targeted training programmes by leveraging existing global programmes or developing BTC specific interventions
- Work together with our communication and events specialist to implement activities to support the people agenda
- Act as the local coordinator for the functional junior talent programmes such as graduate and intern programmes
**Your skills and experiences**
- Solid experience and interest in talent development, training initiatives and people strategy
- Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ideally experience working in tech organisation and high-level understanding of financial services
- Ideally first-hand experience of the Berlin Tech community
- Fluent in English and German
