  • Build up, connect and lead a team of highly motivated colleagues by developing their competencies with regular feedback and support to their professional development and contributions

You have
Significant experience within the majority of the area under responsibility of the unitA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar positionAs key competencies: Strategic visioning, Service orientation, Planning and organising, Leadership, People management and development, Equity Diversity and inclusionWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, flexible and an effective organiserExperience in humanitarian or non-profit contexts desiredFluent in written and oral English as well as good knowledge of GermanBenefits
