**What you'll do**
***:
- Support us in effectively communicating People topics within our global IT organization
- Actively contribute to our LinkedIn communication and enhance our external and internal image by helping to roll out our new Employer Value Proposition
- Establish connections among our student employees and foster exchange
- Drive initiatives and projects independently
- Assist our international team with administrative and operational tasks of daily business
**Who you are**
***:
- You are enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field
- You work independently, responsibly, and in an organized manner
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel is a given for you, experience in social media is a plus
- Initial experience in HR or marketing/ communication is a plus
- You have fluent English and German language skills in speaking and writing
