**Zusammenfassung**:
Als **Coordinator Corporate Affairs (m/w/d)** unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Corporate Affairs bei Bristol Myers Squibb. Dazu gehören grundsätzlich alle in der Abteilung anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten. Sie berichten an den Head of Corporate Affairs. Dienstsitz ist München.
**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Budgetkontrolle (Erstellung Bestellanforderungen, Rechnungsprüfung, Budgetverwaltung für den Bereich Corporate Affairs) sowie das Management von Verträgen mit Agenturen und Dienstleistern.
- Sie unterstützen das Corporate-Affairs-Team bei der Koordination und dem Projektmanagement von Maßnahmen der Unternehmenskommunikation wie auch für den Bereich Patient Affairs, dazu gehört auch die Steuerung von Freigabeprozessen für alle Materialien aus dem Bereich Corporate Affairs via digitaler Systeme und in Zusammenarbeit mit beteiligten Funktionen.
- Die Meeting
- und Reiseorganisation für den Head of Corporate Affairs gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie sind ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für beteiligte Agenturen im Hinblick auf Projektabwicklung, Budgetkontrolle und Evaluation.
- Bei der Gestaltung neuer sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse arbeiten Sie aktiv mit. Die Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Funktionen ist je nach Aufgabenstellung unabdingbar.
**Anforderungen**:
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Corporate Affairs/Unternehmenskommunikation gesammelt.
- Darüber hinaus haben Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, verfügen über eine sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und ein effektives Zeitmanagement, so dass Ihnen die parallele Arbeit an mehreren Projekten mit wechselnden Prioritäten leicht fällt.
- Sie haben eine Affinität zu Kommunikationsthemen und beschäftigen sich gerne mit Zahlen und Budgets.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office und SAP) runden Ihr Profil ab.
Je nach Funktion, Abteilung oder individueller Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in Abstimmung mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten, bis zu 50 % innerhalb von zwei Wochen remote zu arbeiten, wobei Sie die entsprechenden Tage flexibel und angepasst auf Ihre individuelle Situation sowie eine gute kollegiale Zusammenarbeit, einteilen können.
