Junior Procurement Intern

**Assisting with Procurement Operations**
- Support in order placement and assist in monitoring stock levels based on forecasted needs.
- Help maintain accurate records of inventory, assisting with product flow and adherence to FIFO standards.
- Participate in quality checks, temperature controls, and compliance monitoring for storage areas.

**Data Management and Reporting**
- Aid in documenting purchase orders, maintaining delivery records, and reporting on inventory status.
- Support the team in cost analysis, lab cost monitoring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

**Safety, Hygiene, and Compliance**
- Assist with safety and hygiene checks across procurement areas.
- Gain exposure to best practices in safety and hygiene within a procurement environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- ** Education**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- ** Skills**: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; familiarity with MS Office.
- ** Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
