Als **Management Associate (m/w/d) des CEO der Bertelsmann Marketing Services**, einer der sieben Divisionen von Bertelsmann, startest Du Deine Karriere Seite an Seite mit unserer Führungsspitze. **Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Als rechte Hand des CEO der Bertelsmann Marketing Services übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche Assistenten / Referenten (m/w/d) Tätigkeiten und empfiehlst Dich perspektivisch für weiterführende Aufgaben in spannenden Geschäftsfeldern
- Unterstützung im operativen als auch im organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft
- Im engen Austausch bereitest Du operativ und strategisch relevante Termine vor und nach
- Erstellen von Präsentationen, Roadmaps, Zeitpläne für Projekte, Kundenterminen, Mitarbeiterversammlungen, etc.
- Durchführung von Recherchen sowie Erfassung bzw. Aufbereitung von Datenanalysen zur Entscheidungsvorbereitung
- Erstellung von Reportings und Business Cases
- Analyse der Chancen und Risiken bei M&A Aktivitäten
- Koordination und Steuerung bereichs
- sowie unternehmensübergreifender Projekte gefolgt von der Übernahme eigener Projekte
- Funktion als Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner:in für interne sowie externe Stakeholder
- Selbstständige und aktive Koordination von Stakeholdern zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Strategie
- Mitwirkung bei und Umsetzung von Change-Initiativen

**Dein Profil**:
Du passt zu uns, wenn Du:

- ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossen hast, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt General Management oder strategischer Unternehmensführung
- fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzt
- eine hohe Affinität für zahlenbasierte Analysen sowie Marketing-, prozessuale und vertriebliche Fragestellungen hast
- eine unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mitbringst, gepaart mit nachweisbarer Digital Affinität
- gerne kommunizierst, extern sowie intern
- konzeptionelle Stärke besitzt bei gleichzeitiger operativer Ausrichtung
- sehr gut mit den MS Office-Paketen umgehen kannst
- erste praktische Erfahrungen im Business Development, einer Unternehmensberatung oder im Change-Management-Umfeld hast, wäre es von Vorteil
