Für unsere Abteilung Werke und Katalogvereinbarungen in der Direktion Mitglieder
- und Repertoiremanagement am Standort Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt: Team Lead Werkänderungen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche).

Als Team Lead in der Abteilung Werke und Katalogvereinbarungen übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung des Teams für nationale und internationale Werkänderungen. Sie priorisieren und steuern die Tätigkeiten des Teams im Tagesgeschäft. Mit der aktiven Gestaltung und Koordination von fortlaufenden Verbesserungsvorschlägen der Services und Leistungen an Stakeholder leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erreichung der Bereichsziele und arbeiten mit der Abteilungsleitung, Teamleitern und Prozessexperten eng zusammen.

- Fachliche Führung und Steuerung des Teams und Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung der Vision und des Zielbilds der Abteilung
- Aktive Gestaltung, Koordination und Einführung von stetigen Verbesserungen (KVP) mit Fokus Digitalisierung, Automation und Mitgliederzufriedenheit
- Sicherstellen einer serviceorientierten Beratung und fallabschließenden Bearbeitung von Mitgliederanliegen im Team
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der KPIs und der Team Berichte sowie Sicherstellung der Pflege und Bereitstellung von Prozessanleitungen für das Team
- Mitarbeit in Projekten, Erstellung von fachlichen Anforderungen sowie Testing und Abnahme von IT-Anwendungen

**Stimmig - Deine Erfahrungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in Verwertungsgesellschaften oder Musikverlagen
- Relevante Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Kenntnisse in der Dokumentation von musikalischen Werken
- Echter Teamplayer mit Spaß daran mit einem motivierten Team einen maßgeblichen Beitrag zu leisten
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Umsetzungsstärke sowie fundierte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation sowie selbständig lösungsorientierte, pragmatische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe IT- und Datenaffinität sowie gängigen Office
- und Kollaboration Tools
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
