Responsibilities

Wir suchen eine:n Jurist:in ,mit guten Vorkenntnissen im Datenschutzrecht, der/die die Kolleg:innen bei juristischen und vertragsrechtlichen Fragestellungen unterstützt. Du hast ein Auge für Details, arbeitest strukturiert und beweist hohes Verhandlungsgeschick. Arbeiten im Team ist eine Grundvoraussetzung für dich und du kannst fachspezifische Fragen in Deutsch und Englisch beantworten.

Als Junior Legal Counsel mit Schwerpunkt Datenschutz unterstützt du uns bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben:

Anpassen und Überarbeiten von Vertragsvorlagen Prüfen externer AVV und DPA Verhandlung von Anpassungswünschen an unseren AVV durch unsere Kunden Unterstützung bei Vertragsabschlüssen mit Kunden, Dienstleistern oder Sub-Dienstleistern Interne/r Ansprechpartner/in für juristische Fragen Beratung der internen Stakeholder rund um das Thema Datenschutz

Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz- und Vertragsrecht Grundverständnis von technischen Prozessen bei SaaS-Tools hohes Maß an Verantwortungsgefühl Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke & Teamspirit Exzellentes Deutsch und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Grundverständnis von technischen Prozessen bei SaaS-Tools

Gemeinsame Teamevents (z.B. regelmäßige Social-Events, Skifahren, Wandern) Soziales Engagement ist uns wichtig, daher bieten wir Sharing Days an - Du erhältst 1 zusätzlichen freien Tag pro Quartal für dein soziales Engagement. Fällt sein Geburtstag auf einen Wochentag, so darfst du zu Hause bleiben. Als kleines Geschenk, zählt der Tag als zusätzlicher Urlaubstag. Tolles, modernes Büro im Icon Tower (Hauptbahnhof Wien), mitten im Herzen der lebenswertesten Stadt der Welt.

Der guten Ordnung halber sagen wir, dass jährlich ein KV-Mindestgehalt ab 40.000,- Euro brutto für Vollzeit gilt. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt klären wir dann gern persönlich. Die Stelle ist als Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben (38,5 Wochenstunden).
