At Yepoda, Korean effectiveness meets sustainable solutions: our mindfully produced skincare products are made with love in Korea. Our mission is to bring the best beauty innovations from Korea straight to Europe - without ever compromising on our values, quality and sustainability. All our products are made with the best natural and active ingredients, are vegan and cruelty-free. We aim to make the K-Beauty routine easy, effective, and fun.
We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 55 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are looking for additional support in our Customer Care & Community Management team during the weekends to attend to the requests from our German, French, Italian, and Spanish communities.
**Your tasks**:
- Interaction with our community: You are the Yepoda expert for our products and the first point of contact for our community
- You support to further growth of Yepoda on Social Media by engaging with the community
**Your profile**:
- You are studying or recently graduated in Media Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field, OR you have equivalent experience in Customer Service or Communications
- You are available and open to work on weekend shifts (within the regular business hours)
- Strong communication skills in English, and **working proficiency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish**:
- Passion for beauty topics & social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- You are a team player, open to new things, and are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
- Good command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.), experience with Gorgias is a plus
