**Job Purpose
- As a Global Lead Enterprise Architecture, you will be responsible for how technology in Sandoz is used to solve business problems. This role oversees the technology strategy of Sandoz and ensures that it aligns with the wider organizational goals and enterprise strategy.
- The successful applicant will drive alignment to help Digital Technology and our partners collectively deliver simple, flexible & sustainable digital solutions and own the technical standards and best practices, providing communication, advice, and guidance to all stakeholders.
- Major Accountabilities- Understand and translate enterprise needs into implementable technology solutions to enable long-term success
- Define target state enterprise architecture with the associated roadmap and initiatives
- Be the Single Point of contact for business partners for the business/technical domain to define the enterprise architecture by bringing teams together and driving the definition of the best solution to meet the business needs and deliver business outcomes.
- Ensure the efficient and effective elaboration, validation, and communication of the Enterprise Architecture for the business/technical domain

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Ideal Background**Education**:
- Master of Science degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field
- Certification in and/or experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus
- Certification or accreditation in enterprise architecture, The Open Group Architecture Foundation (TOGAF), or related certification is a plus
Languages:
- Fluent in written and spoken English- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and trends.
Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, including developing enterprise architectures and formulating technology strategies
- Experience in architecting asynchronous, message-based architectures
- Experience with microservice-based architectures and associated patterns
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments is a plus
- Experienced in guiding and developing teams across wide geographies & in collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align a strategic IT service portfolio with business needs.
- Experience with change management through process engineering and/or participating in large-scale IT change / transformation programs
