Summary

For the department "Sales Radar / IFF / Comms" we are looking for a "Sales Director for Airborne and Space Radar (f/m/d)" at the Ulm or Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The department "Sales Radar / IFF / Comms" is responsible for the sales activities and incoming orders of the Radar and Naval Solutions Division.

Your Tasks- Identify and execute campaigns for air and space radars with a focus on the PrecISR product- Planning of order intake and ensuring that all necessary activities are implemented to meet the agreed plan- Developing, agreeing and implementing the capture strategy (with relevant internal and external stakeholders)- Establish and maintain a stable, long-term customer-focused network with direct and end customers- Provide market trend inputs to further develop the roadmap of the Airborne and Space Radar portfolio- Define and implement measures to position HENSOLDT as a recognised provider of airborne and space radar- Adherence to high ethical standards and compliance laws, as well as HENSOLDT policies and legal guidelines

Your Profile- Completed degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable- Several years of experience in sales- Experience in military or paramilitary ISR missions- Understanding of (airborne) radars- Open-minded and team-oriented personality- Very good German and English skills
