Der Bewerbungsprozess umfasst zwei Gespräche. Das erste findet mit deinem zukünftigen Vorgesetzten über Teams statt. Bei dem zweiten Gespräch lernst du dann unsere Firmenzentrale in Essen und den Geschäftsführer, den Business Line Manager und die Personalabteilung kennen.
