Sie werden wichtiger Repräsentant für GeODin, unser Angebot für die weltweite Geodatenerfassung und -analyse, für Datenmanagement, Monitoring, Berichte und Präsentationen. Sie sind begeistert von Geodaten, modernen IT-Lösungen, Schulungen und effektiven Supportstrukturen. Diese Rolle bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit innerhalb des Unternehmens zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln. - Zur Verstärkung unseres Geoinformatik-Teams in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d):

- Kundenbetreuung inkl. Abstimmung und Verhandlungen im Rahmen von Support und Consulting Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen
- Entwicklung von Zielen für die Kundenzufriedenheit und Koordinierung mit dem Team, um diese kontinuierlich zu erreichen
- Ausbau der bestehenden Dienstleistungen und Einführung effektiver Kundenbindungsprogramme
- Hilfe bei der Erstellung und Koordinierung von Kunden-Newsletter, Website-Blog und Posts auf Social Media

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) im Bereich der Geowissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge oder alternativ min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Support im technischen Bereich
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse insbesondere auch im Umgang mit der Office-Standardsoftware
- Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken und SQL sind von Vorteil
- In deutscher und englischer Sprache können Sie sich mündlich und schriftlich fließend ausdrücken
- Engagierte Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis und Organisationstalent
- Verantwortliches, zielgerichtetes Handeln und klare, emphatische Kommunikation
