**Teamleiter / Team Lead (m/w/d)**
**Base Service Engineering
**Die Verantwortung der Abteilung Technology und Engineering liegt in der Konzeption, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und dem Betrieb von zentralen Informationssystemen, Data-Warehouse und BI-Anwendungen, sowie von Informations
- und Kundenportalen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Teamführung und -weiterentwicklung
- Site Reliability Engineering Mindset (SRE)
- Expertise im Strukturieren des Betriebs von kritischen Kernsystemen
- Professionelle Kenntnisse in modernen, verteilten IT-Architekturen mit Prometheus, Grafana, ICINGA, Ansible, Docker, Kibana ELK Stack und ServiceNow
- Konzeptionelles Wissen über Event, Metrik und Log-File basierendes Monitoring, ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

**Deine Talente**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik bzw. adäquate Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Teamführung und -weiterentwicklung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement nach ITIL bzw. ISO 20000 von Vorteil
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Sicherheitskonzepten auf Basis von z. B. SIEM, IPS/IDS, Threat Intelligence, Threat Analyse und Vulnerabilites sowie den dazugehörigen Technologien
- Analytischer und konzeptioneller Umgang mit komplexen IT-Strukturen und Prozessen
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis, zur Optimierung der Rentabilität
- Kundenorientiertes und qualitätsbewusstes Handeln
