**Head of Financial Operations (w/m/d)**

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Leitung Fachbereich Financial Operations
- Treasury (Liquiditäts-, Cash und Währungsmanagement / Unternehmensfinanzierung)
- Accounts Payable (Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
- Accounts Receivable (Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Kreditkontrolle)
- Mitarbeiterführung eines mehrköpfigen Teams im Bereich Financial Operations
- Verantwortung für die persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung der Team-Mitglieder sowie Gestaltung eines motivierenden Arbeitsumfeldes
- Verantwortung für das externe Rechnungswesen
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung der täglichen, mittel und langfristigen Liquiditätsplanung
- Monitoring und Hedging von Zins
- und Währungsrisiken (Devisentermingeschäfte)
- Abwicklung und Optimierung des Zahlungsverkehrs und der Liquidität
- Organisatorische Gestaltungen (Bankverbindungen, Bankenclearing, Electronic Banking)
- Verwaltung und Entwicklung der internen und externen Unternehmensfinanzierung
- Analyse von Finanzdaten und Abgabe von Empfehlungen an die Geschäftsleitung in Bezug auf die finanzielle Leistung und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Treasury Bereich.
- Hauptansprechpartner für Finanzierungsfragen bei Banken und der Konzernzentrale
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Systeme im Rechnungswesen mit Fokus auf die Digitalisierung im Finanzumfeld
- Allgemeine Überwachung von Kosten und Erträgen durch Sammlung, Konsolidierung und Evaluation von Daten
- Einarbeitung der Auszubildenden im Fachbereich

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Banking
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem gleichen oder ähnlichen Tätigkeitsfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen ERP- und Buchhaltungssystemen, vorzugsweise SAP (Fokus FI-CO)
- Erfahrung im Bankenmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an Führungsaufgaben
