You are interested in topics such as business development and sales management and would like to actively support us in introducing new services to the market? Our Business Development team combines the development of new business areas with the introduction of new products - we are currently looking for support from an **Intern **Business Development **(M/F/d)** for the preparation and implementation of our sales and acquisition activities. You will help to present AOE in the right light to prospective customers and evaluate customer requirements in line with our portfolio. Through our hybrid work model, you will have the opportunity to work remotely as well as with the team on-site in our modern office in the heart of Wiesbaden. Which is why it would be even nicer if you live in the area.

**Your job**:

- You support our sales team in the pre-qualification of customer target groups and their approach via various channels for our consultations and trainings
- You will be involved in sales campaigns and will be responsible for the telephone follow-up and support of leads (inbound and outbound)
- You verify decision-makers, find out the needs of new customers and enter the results into our CRM system
- You are responsible for the conception of communication templates for sales campaigns as well as their evaluation and create result overviews for the team

**What you bring along**:

- Enrolment in an economics, IT or comparable course of study as well as time and desire to support our team for the next 6 months
- Ideally, you have already completed an apprenticeship in the commercial or IT sector
- Initial practical experience in the sale of services requiring explanation or in the acquisition of new customers
- Interest in the area of software as well as a good technical understanding and the willingness to familiarise yourself with these areas
- You have strong communication skills and organisational talent in dealing with customers
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English
