**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als Communications Specialist (m/w/d) planen und führen Sie kleinere Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Aufgabengebiet durch. Sie kümmern sich um die gesamte Bandbreite der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für unsere verschiedenen Kanäle und Medien. Im Fokus steht der souveräne und innovative Umgang mit Social Media und der Content Creation sowie die Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Social Media Strategie. Ein wichtiger Aufgabenbestandteil ist zu dem die Moderation von Events und die Arbeit vor und hinter der Kamera. Auch die klassischen Medien sowie Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen fallen in Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich.
- Sie betreuen ausgewählte Kommunikationskanäle und diverse Themengebiete (Recherche, Texterstellung, Weiterentwicklung)
- Sie redaktionieren, produzieren und bearbeiten ausgewählte Content-Formate von Medieninformationen über Interviews bis hin zu Bildern, Videos (vor und hinter der Kamera) und Podcasts - für die interne und externe Kommunikation
- Sie wirken bei der Planung und Gestaltung von Events und Veranstaltungen für die interne/ externe Kommunikation mit und moderieren diese
- Sie erstellen zielgruppenspezifische Beiträge, u. a. für diverse Social Media Kanäle sowie interne und externe Präsentationen und Informationsmaterialien
- Sie monitoren, analysieren und werten Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Events und Medien aus
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner zu Kommunikationsfragen im Aufgabengebiet
- Sie arbeiten an einer Vielzahl von Projekten mit

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein Studium mit Fachrichtung Journalismus und Medienkommunikation mit einem anschließenden Volontariat sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kommunikation und Redaktion, mit Fokus auf den neuen Medien und der Content Creation moderner Formate wie Video und Podcast sowie umfassende Moderationsskills sind Voraussetzung.

Sie zeichnen sich außerdem durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:

- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten bei der Content Creation, insbesondere für Social Media
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über unsere Produkte und Services
- Kenntnisse von Tools und Medien für die interne Kommunikation; die Fähigkeit, Beiträge, Formate, Newsletter und anderes Kommunikationsmaterial für Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln, zu produzieren und zu verteilen
- Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zur Planung, Vorbereitung, Realisierung und Nachbereitung von Events und Kommunikationsveranstaltungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über unterschiedliche Medien (insbesondere Social Media und Bewegtbild) und die Fähigkeit, diese zielgruppengerecht anzuwenden und zu produzieren
- Gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bild
- und Videobearbeitungstools (Adobe Creative Cloud | Canva | etc.)
- Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung, Nutzung und Management von Social Media / Community Management
- Kenntnisse einer Vielzahl von Formaten, Stilen und Verfahren für das Verfassen und Veröffentlichen von zielgruppenspezifischen Texten, sowohl auf englischer als auch deutscher Sprache
- Kenntnisse über bereichs
