In unserer In-House-Marketing-Abteilung bist du als **Head of Content & Creative (w/m/d) **die zentrale Schnittstelle eines multidisziplinären Teams aus kreativen Köpfen. Mit deiner kreativen Expertise bist Du und dein Team für die Weiterentwicklung der inhaltlichen und gestalterischen Markenausrichtung verantwortlich. In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle wirst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Director Marketing die Marke Liebscher & Bracht nachhaltig prägen und die Zukunft der digitalen Gesundheitsbranche mitgestalten.

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Content-Marketing-Strategie zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und -reputation
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Content-Hubs mit 15 engagierten Kollegen aus Online-Redakteuren, Brand
- und Performance-Designern und Video Producer
- Planung, Erstellung und Optimierung hochwertiger kreativer Inhalte für Website, E-Commerce, Social Media, Blog, E-Mail-Marketing und mehr
- Fokus auf herausragende Content-Performance sowie Reichweiten
- und Umsatzgenerierung unter Berücksichtigung von Tonalität, Branding und Design-Styleguide
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Marketing-Teams (Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand & Trust) zur konsistenten Kommunikation der Markenbotschaft und -ziele
- Identifizierung von kreativen Trends und neuen Möglichkeiten im Content-Marketing-Bereich sowie Integration relevanter Innovationen in die Unternehmensstrategie

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld wie einer Agentur oder einem Start-up
- Fähigkeit, große Kampagnen
- und Marketingprojekte mit deinem Team, externen Agenturen und Freelancern zu priorisieren und zu leiten
