This role is ideal for students who are passionate about human resources, talent acquisition, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.**What the job looks like**:

- Independent scheduling of interviews as part of recruitment processes
- Preparation of job postings
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment trends and tools
- Assist analysis and optimization of the existing recruiting process
- Provide administrative support as needed.

**What you´ll bring to the table**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience (internships or part-time work in the field of human resources)
- Your strengths include reliability, the ability to work in a team, an engaging manner, and a high level of customer and service orientation
- You convince with your independent, proactive way of working, discretion and high sense of responsibility
- You a familiar with Microsoft Office products and are able communicate in fluently in German and English
